Connecting to feeds

You need to connect to feeds from your business or organisation before you will start to receive messages.

The first time you login to Konnective you will be provided with a button to search for a business. Otherwise, go into the Menu and select Add Business. Search for and select your business or organisation.

You can connect to any public feeds (by sliding the switch for that feed) or Request Approval to be added to any other feeds that are relevant to you. Upon Requesting Approval, the connection will remain in a pending state until they can be reviewed and approved.

If at any time you want to check or add feeds tap on the 3 horizontal lines in the top right hand corner of My Feed.
